The sale of my property in West End in 2015 was complicated by a range of factors including: (1) I had moved to Sydney, (2) the tenant had suffered a significant head injury and was not able to participate fully in the process, (3) I was at away at sea for the listing, inspection and sale process and could only provide advice or complete paperwork when in port.
